Accounts Payable Team Leader

Pay Level: U3 L11 $3,604/monthly (minimum)

Summary of Position: Supervise the Accounts Payable Team and the various aspects of the Accounts Payable function. This includes successfully coordinating the workflow and processes of the Accounts Payable function to ensure accurate and timely payments, good vendor relationships, and outstanding customer service. This position will also be involved in other Treasury projects/duties as required, and participate with the leadership team of the Financial Services Group. This leaders also serves the Treasury Management Team in facilitating and improving the Treasury services provided to the organization. This leader will build a strong team by providing direction, delegation, counsel and expertise to individual team members and the team as a whole. Demonstrate and model personal spiritual discipline and develop an environment on the team where individual team members grow in their own Christian walks.

Required Qualifications: Any combination equivalent to: Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or Economics and a minimum of 3-5 years of accounts payable, corporate cash management, or accounting experience. CCM credential and/or team management experience is preferred.
