Description: In today’s world of fast paced projects and deadlines, project managers are often the glue holding things together and helping projects be successful. Their motto is “on time and under budget!” Here at Campus Crusade for Christ, we not only want to keep things on time and under budget to be successful but we want to be good stewards of the resources God has provided for us. Whether those be people resources or financial resources, project managers help in coordinating communication, tasks and processes so that we have systems that work well and serve the ministry in being effective in fulfilling the Great Commission.
Environment: You will work alongside technical professionals and other project managers. We use current project management software and have developed internal processes that are comparable with other major companies. Gain practical experience in managing projects that will impact the whole ministry. Daily prayer and devotion times help maintain God's perspective in your work.
Skills:
- Information Technology Project Management and Development Life Cycle methodologies.
- Leadership, interpersonal, analytical, planning and negotiation skills. Budget and financial analysis principles.
- Operation of personal computer and computer modeling programs.
- Modern office practices, procedures and equipment.
- Correct English usage, grammar, spelling, punctuation and vocabulary.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Good communication, organization and ability to work well with people are important in this role.
