Business Analyst

Description: Designing systems so that they meet the needs of the people using them and including the technical constraints takes a lot of coordination. That's where Business Analysts come in. They talk with the staff and ministries to find out their needs for systems and programs to help them be effective in their ministry. Then they help the system designers design a system that would be easy for the staff and ministries to use but would employ technology that would be current and efficient.
Environment: We use current software and have developed internal processes that are comparable with other major companies. Gain practical experience in analyzing business processes that will impact the whole ministry. Daily prayer and devotion times help maintain God's perspective in your work.
