IFM Technology Support Specialist

Summary of Position:

Works as part of the IFM technical support team in support of the International offices of CCC. Technology support is the process of helping the National and Area offices of CCC begin to use new software technology. Several software tools are available to help them achieve much greater efficiency in their service of the field ministries: DonorWise donation system, TntMPD.DataServer and TntMPD, Solomon General ledger, the International Transmittal system. This person will be personally involved in working with the staff in the national and Area offices, helping them to understand and implement new software systems.

Required Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems or work experience in a related field and one year experience and/or training. Should be motivated to help ministries free up personnel resources by using more efficient systems; Should have some experience in working in technical support field, have an interest in learning new software programs and have an ability to write some technical documentation.
