Summary of Position: Establish and implement a strategy to help grow the ministry through partner development and fund raising. This staff member will raise funds for an international ministry, be a networker and build relationships with donors.

Required Qualifications: Ability to work independently but also team player, also able to cast compelling vision of the ministry, have excellent communication and people skills as well as be internally motivated and thorough.
