Customer Service Representative

Department: Staff Services

Description: As Campus Crusade for Christ staff, you count on being able to get accurate information and updates on your staff accounts and any policy related questions. Come work alongside the Customer Service team and help to serve the field staff by assisting them with questions they have regarding their various needs the field.

Environment: The Customer Service Representative helps to provide essential information to our field staff in the areas of Benefits, Payroll, Reimbursements, Information Services, donor Research, and International Finance. The Customer Service Representative will also help to communicate Campus Crusade's policies and procedures related to Staff Services, research concerns and respond back to staff in a timely manner. This is a wonderful service and ministry to our many staff on the field.

Skills: Good oral and written communication skills, particularly speaking on the phone. Ability to research and solve problems. Should have a working knowledge of how to operate a personal computer and software programs. Must have good customer service skills and be willing to serve others.
