Online Marketing Director

Department: CCCI.org—Global Communications

Description: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan for CCCI.org. Responsibilities would include:

  • Monitor and protect #1 search engine rankings
    Analyze Web traffic trends and paths
    Identify, negotiate and execute programs to increase traffic to the site
  • Schedule marketing messages (e-commerce, fund appeal and cross-ministry) and optimize messages for different audiences across all vehicles (home page promotional space, banners, e-newsletters, tntMPD)
  • Plan and conduct formal and informal usability testing (focus groups, surveys, etc.).
  • Work closely with Editorial Board, e-commerce and Donor Council to increase conversion rates for Campus Crusade products and fund appeals

Environment: CCCI.org is Campus Crusade’s flagship Web site. We are in the process of redesigning and re-imagining our internet presence to position ourselves as a must-visit site for the 3 million people who use the internet every day for spiritual input. Our evangelism content, located at whoisjesus.org, has the #1 Google ranking for the search term “Jesus.”

Skills: We are looking for a mature individual with a marketing, public relations or communications. As an integral part of the team, this individual would need to be a self-starter, planner, initiator, able to conceptualize the whole, dependable and organized with professional skills befitting a representative of Campus Crusade for Christ. Previous marketing experience preferred.
