Human Resources Assistant
Department: Human Resources Group
Description: The Human Resources Assistants serve the team of Specialists in the areas of: Wage and Salary, Ministry Partner Development, Legal Policy, and Recruiting and Assessment. Assistant positions will be designed to best utilize your skills and experience with emphasis placed on one of the 4 areas of specialty or a combination of each area. Assistants perform a combination of ongoing tasks and special projects. To reach the goal of fulfilling the Great Commission in this generation we must have more laborers serving with CCC. The Human Resources Group is integral in providing necessary direction and resources to this end.
Environment: Join a team of HR Specialists and Assistants. Multiple HR Assistant positions are available.
Skills: Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; ability to develop and maintain effective working and interpersonal relationships; computer literacy, Word literacy, will learn other Database programs.
